1. Can you ship to all of Greece?

Yes, we ship throughout Greece and free shipping if your order amount is greater than €49 .

 

2.What is the shipping cost?

For purchases under €49.00 and up to 2 KG in weight, shipping costs are €4.

Each additional kilo over 2 KG is subject to a charge of 1 euro per kilo.

 

3.Can I pick it up from the store?

You can pick up your order from our store at Lagkada 262 Stavroupoli 56430 , at no extra charge.

The order is prepared within 1-2 days and once it is ready you will receive an e-mail so you can come and pick it up.

The store is open Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

4.What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging.

·All shipments of goods from our company are made with the courier ACS door to door and are delivered to your door no later than within 2-3 business days (The next business day for most of Greece - large cities and 1-4 days later for island Greece and inaccessible areas for orders placed until 14.00).

1. What payment terms can you accept?

We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery .

 

2. My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined, there may be several reasons: the card has no available funds, you entered the CSV security code, the card has expired, you entered incorrect billing information, the card does not allow online purchases (no purchases on the card), etc. In any case, by calling the issuing bank, they can tell you why the card is being declined.

• Within 14 days from the order date: The return cost is 5 euros . The change is made with a new order.

• In original condition : resold: The product is unopened and can be resold.

•Unused or intact-The product is not used or damaged.

•In original packaging-The product is in its original packaging condition

2. How can I return a product?

Returns are made with ACS Courier and the recipient is responsible for the shipping costs.

*You can make the return with any other courier company at your own risk and charge.
