The Sidirela frying pan is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly rust-resistant, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 2-4 servings of food. To keep its non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and to avoid scouring pads. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
